Data handling for active service engagements is governed by the terms of our service agreement with each client, which takes precedence over this general privacy policy.

Contact form submissions are transmitted securely over HTTPS and processed by our internal workflow systems. We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

Personal information collected through our website is stored on servers located in Canada or the United States. By submitting information through our website, you consent to this storage.
