About the Role

We're hiring a Business Development & Sales Executive to help us grow our client base. Your main job will be to find businesses that can benefit from AI automation, connect with decision-makers, and bring them to the signing stage. You'll be supported by the AsLynx founders in client meetings and negotiations, so you don't need to be a technical expert — just confident in conversations and motivated to build relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Client Prospecting & Lead Generation

Research and identify potential clients (CPA firms, law firms, logistics/manufacturing businesses, local SMBs).

Reach out through LinkedIn, email, and phone to connect with business owners and managers.

Relationship Building & Meetings

Start conversations, understand client challenges, and explain how AI automation could help.

Arrange and attend meetings (virtual or in-person).

Present AsLynx solutions with clarity and confidence.

Sales Execution & Signing

Move prospects through the pipeline from first contact to contract signing.

Negotiate and finalize agreements with support from the founders.

Build ongoing trust to support long-term client relationships.

Collaboration & Reporting

Work closely with AsLynx leadership in client meetings.

Keep CRM and outreach records accurate.

Share feedback from prospects to improve sales strategy.

Requirements

Previous experience in sales or business development (B2B preferred).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Confidence in approaching business leaders.

Self‑motivated, goal‑driven, and open to learning.

Able to handle outreach and follow‑ups independently.

Access to transportation for in‑person meetings in Ontario.

Nice‑to‑Have (Not Required)

Familiarity with AI tools or SaaS products.

Startup or small‑business sales experience.

Knowledge of Ontario's professional services sector.
